Drilling Wells in Iraq – Every Project Is Unique

Drilling artesian wells in Iraq is complex because each location has different soil conditions, water depth, and groundwater quality. The work often requires drilling tens or even hundreds of meters through difficult terrain, demanding specialized technology and expertise.
Despite these challenges, every well provides vital benefits—safe drinking water, irrigation for farmers, and greater water security for local communities.
The project is implemented with financial support from the Slovak Official Development Assistance program SlovakAid, in cooperation with the partner Slovenská Charita.
