Since October 2022, we have started the implementation of two wells in the villages of Bagera and Hatarah, the wells will provide the local and displaced communities with sufficient safe drinking water and thus improve their difficult living situation. It is very important to inform the local and IDP communities about the importance and implementation of the project. In the village of Bagera, which falls under the Duhok governorate, trainings were held in July and August on the topic of personal hygiene, drinking regime, prevention of infectious diseases, protection of water resources and the use of water in cultivation and breeding activities. The training and implementation of the wells are realized. It’s worthy to thank the financial support from the SK Slovak official development aid program, Slovakaid.
