Climate change and its effects.Current climate change includes man-made global warming and its effects on the weather on Earth. Climate change can also be observed for more than 5 years in both the Iraqi Kurdistan Region and in the Republic of Iraq, which is manifested mainly in a lack of rainfall and thus a decrease in the water level of reservoirs and wells, manifested by drying of water wells or reduction of springs water. All this affects the quantity and quality and pumped water for the inhabitants.Thanks to the implementation of drinking water sources for local and displaced people in the autonomous part of Iraqi Kurdistan and the Republic of Iraq, we have been providing safe drinking water since 2018, thanks to financed by official development assistance of the Slovak Republic, SlovakAid and our partner Slovak Catholic Charity.
